This water tank supplies water to the Art Studio, an occasionally used sauna house and home for two people, pet’s with guest visiting two to three months
If you look at the PV modules on the original array, there’s four modules (blue) 6V-12V estimated to be around 30 years old claimed by the original owner of the modules, and the only reason for the failure, was the plastic backing of the module delaminated from the back of the cells and some green form of life developed between the glass and cell’s to the point that the module wasn’t effective for the application. I was very impressed with the life span of those modules. Also the system has performed flawlessly, with exception of the modules failing and one sun pump failure due to seal leak into the motor.
